Write a post under the category "Welcome" and introduce yourself. Tell us: ✅ What is your biggest reason for joining and taking action (e.g., low confidence)? ✅ What are your biggest struggles in your fitness journey (e.g., losing weight)? ✅ What are your biggest goals in your fitness journey (e.g., getting a six-pack)? ✅ Add your "Before" photo. ✅ Add your current weight vs. goal weight (e.g., 200 lbs vs. 180 lbs). When you make progress, you can post it in the "Wins" category. And whenever you have ANY questions, ask them in the community under their specific category (e.g., general, training, or diet).
