IMPROVE ON YOURSELF💪
This is a Reminder to start working on yourself💪 The first picture was in the 16th of May 2022, when I had just started going to the gym.🏋️‍♀️ I was 15 years old and 85kg🫡 __________________________________________________ The second image was in the 10th of April 2024 After 2 years of 5 times a week consistent training and hard work. With the weight scale reaching as low as 57kg (3 months into my journey). I then managed to reach 80kg of muscle with 15%-17% bodyfat (The second photo)🤝 __________________________________________________ I'm not sharing this to boast. 😌 I'm sharing this to inspire those who feel the same way I did. If you’re unhappy with your weight, you can change it and transform your life for the better. 🌟✨
