The first picture was in the 16th of May 2022,
when I had just started going to the gym.🏋️♀️
I was 15 years old and 85kg🫡

The second image was in the 10th of April 2024
After 2 years of 5 times a week consistent training and hard work. With the weight scale reaching as low as 57kg (3 months into my journey). I then managed to reach 80kg of muscle with 15%-17% bodyfat (The second photo)🤝
