When things get complex, simplify

When things get complicated in business(even in life), you want to revert down to simplicity, what are you trying to do, but people make things more complex that it needs to be. All a business does is provide value to people and get paid in compensation. With that in mind, all you really need is to have something of value, a way to fulfill it, and how to acquire customers, everything else is complexity or complications. So if you're struggling with something, figure out what you're trying to do.
