I have an email list of 338 emails

All I got when I was running paid ads for my webinar

The Webinar was on 6-Step System to Convert Online Unknown Visitors to Loyal LifeLong Customers

But the problem was, despite of generating these many leads none showed up for the webinar

Or when I did polls or asked them questions none replied

Now it's been 3 months, and I have not engaged with them

How Do I know exactly what they Need/Want to Learn and Re-Engage Them??

How to Again Start the Conversation with Them?

What Steps Should I take to make Sure that they start engaging or actually opening the emails and Get the Idea of What is that They actually want to Learn??

Because they are Currently a Living Ghost for Me.
