Seeking Workshop ideas to address team’s workload management challenges.

I have a client, a local subsidiary of a multinational insurance company, requesting support for one of their teams struggling with workload management.

The client has allocated two sessions, each lasting 1 hour and 30 minutes. The objective for the first session is to identify and frame the issues, while the second session will focus on identifying best practices and developing an action plan.

I’m considering running a Lightning Decision Jam (LDJ) but would greatly appreciate your ideas and input to help find the most effective workshop to address their challenge.
