Seeking Workshop ideas to address team’s workload management challenges.
I have a client, a local subsidiary of a multinational insurance company, requesting support for one of their teams struggling with workload management. The client has allocated two sessions, each lasting 1 hour and 30 minutes. The objective for the first session is to identify and frame the issues, while the second session will focus on identifying best practices and developing an action plan. I’m considering running a Lightning Decision Jam (LDJ) but would greatly appreciate your ideas and input to help find the most effective workshop to address their challenge. Thank you in advance!

Thank you Garett, that is quite helpful indeed!
Workshop ideas on ESG
The broader ESG area is quite broad and there are tons of relevant training / workshops for familiriazation and implementation out there. Instead on replicating the same content in a technical approach, I am trying to think a creative and engaging way to inspire and sensitize participants on the elements of ESG. If you have experience or done something similar, your input is highly appreciated.🙏

@Marc Hoppermann, it seems that your approach of breaking down the ESG components and deliver focused sessions, like your workshop's goal, resonates with my line of thinking. I would gladly explore this further with you after you finish it. So lets discuss afterwards. I wish you the best of luck!

@Catarina Alencar Marc's approach of focusing on the different elements of ESG, I think can really work, istead of delivering generic workshops on ESG. His feedback can give some initial insights.
Seeking guidance on condensed Design Sprint workshop
I am currently exploring ways to craft a Design Sprint experience tailored for corporate teams. The goal is to introduce them to the methodology in an engaging and gamified manner, all within the confines of a 1-day workshop. The challenge lies in compressing the traditional Design Sprint workshop into a condensed timeframe, ensuring it remains both informative and interactive. I'd greatly appreciate your insights on the feasibility of this kind of workshop and any suggestions for a indicative agenda. Thank you in advance!

@Rebecca Courtney, thanks a lot, I think it can work! My objective is to leverage my my leranings from the masterclass and make it as engaging and fun as possible to give a first opportunity to understand the benefits of Design Sprints. I am also trying to figure out how to set up something similar for Design Thinking. If you could share with me how you run this in just 4.5 hours, it would be great!
