DMs are the most underused goldmine on LinkedIn yet most people are scared to use them.
- “What if I come off as spammy?”
- “I don’t know what to say.”
- “Cold outreach doesn't work.”

And I used to feel the same way.

Your goal isn’t to sell... it’s to start a conversation.
Here's how I get replies (without being spammy):
1) Personalize every message. Mention something specific from their profile.
2) Start with curiosity: “Saw your recent post—what inspired that?”
3) Offer value first. Share a tip, idea, or resource that helps them.
The result?
Genuine conversations that lead to business opportunities.
But before all of this, you need to get VERY clear on who you're helping and how you help them.
