I'm looking for a free course on creating thumbnails

Can anyone recommend a good thumbnail creation course on yt?

I'm also concerned that the course should be based on free programs rather than paid ones.

I've made no secret of the fact that making good thumbnails is something that is holding me back from developing.

Video editing? There you go.

Sound recording? No problem at all.

Writing a script? Easy.

But creating thumbnails? I have no idea either how to use free thumbnail creation software well or what a thumbnail should contain to be clickable.
