Starting with AI Agent..where to start?

Hello, I am looking to start learning AI agents and want to build apps on top of it. I see there are so many implementations and frameworks out there, which makes it difficult to decide on which to choose. Can anyone guide on this? Which agentic framework is best so far in terms of usability and flexibility?

P.S. Happy to connect with like-minded people to form a study group if interested.
