Did your overall revenue or profit increase after introducing the mini-courses, or did Profit Architecture sales decrease as a result? Did offering these mini-courses add complexity to the business without delivering a significant ROI, considering the effort required to sell each course individually? Is it ultimately simpler and more efficient to offer a single price for the main membership without the mini-courses?
