Ghosting Audience questions -

Hi All, I had a major health issues last May that caused me to lose my sight in 1 eye.

I took a HUGE step back in my business and haven't sent out any emails. How do I start again? Do I email them with the story or just act like everything is okay? I would prefer to not repeat the story and have a bunch of people responding but not sure how to handle the large absents. I have been in the same industry online for 7+ years
