Lately I've been developing business models according to the five elements personality types, for the folks I train to become Feng Shui Consultants. It really helps to know yourself to know what kinds of business models you can thrive in and which will kill your spirit. For example, I'm a fire type, and networking events destroy my spirit, unless I'm the presenter. My husband, a wood type, thrives creating teams in networking groups, where he's always involved in leadership. Do you know your five elements personality type?
