Can I create subgroups with skool?

Hi! I live in Europe and am currently creating my first community. I would like to create different subgroups for the different countries/languages to have separate meetups (one in spanish, one in english, one in german). Can I create subgroups or would I need to create 3 different communities? This would be very hard to manage and very costly. Same would be, can I create different tier levels like in a fitness club so different people pay different amounts like Gold. Platinum etc.
