Get stack vs Pump 30
Obviously I created the group to get back into the get stack. The powerlifting and volume associated with the GS. Bc when you have a small group pushing each other everyone wins. But that’s just in the gym.
After last nights call it really got me thinking. Dalton what do you want right now? What is my goal right now. Am I trying to compete in a power lifting meet? I’m not trying to lose weight. I’ve stayed in a solid float since I won the contest and been pushing numbers on lifts.
I knew was still in the pump 30s BUT now I understand the why behind it. It’s got me thinking should I do the same.
What’s your thoughts G?
