Goal was to be in the garage at 330, made it in there at 334. I was around 4 so getting better and will continue to push for that 330
Max back squat 375 x3 felt really good. Nasty pump.

On my drive to work, CONTINUED to listen to Rich dad poor dad.
I got 45-50 minute drive now to work. Gotta take advantage of this time.
Also forgot my badge and parking pass I drive the caddy instead of the Honda so I had to turn around cost me about 15 minutes , but looking at the positive in everything it gave me 15 more minutes of listening to Rich dad poor dad.
