What's the plan?
What are all the tiny action steps someone must take WITHIN each of your pillars to advance forward?
How can someone go from pillar #1 to pillar #2?
What must they do to go from pillar #2, to pillar #3?
This is your Plan.
If someone were to follow your plan to a T, what must they do to become successful with this?
In addition to adding in all the tiny actions someone must take, make sure to include all the daily non-negotiables required for success into your plan as well.
What would you add into your plan to guarantee someone is successful with this plan?
For example, in bowling… if you wanted to help a bowler knock down all the pins and prevent the ball from going into the gutter, what would you do?
You’d add the guard rail! (My fav way of bowling)
This way, the ball cannot go into the gutter and success is as close to a guarantee as possible.
And if you wanted to make sure they get a strike every time?
You’d equip them with a robot, programmed to throw the perfect straight ball every time, to bowl for them.
For a ton of examples of awesome plans, you can read this book.
After reading this book, my mind worked so much better when it came to creating 30 day plans for my clients.
Note: Your plan should be updated every few weeks or months as more and more people go through it.
This video will help you clear on what the "perfect plan" may look like for your course.
