When you think of productivity and efficiency, you probably think of things like limiting distractions, being in good health, and managing your workload.
Fair enough!
But part of the reason I’ve been able to increase my productivity by 173% isn’t just by throwing my phone across the house for a few hours…
It goes deeper.
So in this post I wanted to explore how limiting beliefs are killing your efficiency so you’ll get more out of your work.
With that out of the way…
Our minds are very powerful.
They control everything we pay attention to.
With that being said,
How do you think limiting beliefs would affect that?
Do you think grappling with the question of,
“I’m never gonna make it,”
“This is too hard,”
Is going to make you more efficient?
Of course not!
Now that I mention it,
That’s the reason you can’t work for more than 30 minutes.
After all,
Your thoughts manifest themselves into their physical equivalent.
And when you constantly question your ability to succeed,
You prove your doubts right.
This can’t be your fault though…
After all,
You listen to people like Iman Gadzhi tell you the overwhelming doubt is normal.
FUCK OFF.
Maybe 1/1000 people can cross the finish line with the demons possessing their mind,
But you can get there much faster when you believe you can finish the race.
So,
At the end of the day,
If you learn to take control of your mind,
Which is VERY possible,
The world is yours.
