My 10 YT Organic Keynotes After 10+ Hours of 1-Day Recordings
1. Make content for the people you are looking to sell to 2. Every video should be about one big idea 3. Use stories and examples for better point explanations  4. Views don’t matter, conversions do 5. Start your videos with a “promise, proof, plan” framework 6. Don’t expect people to know you, introduce yourself every time 7. Quality > Quantity 8. Make it easy to consume, use visuals and steps 9. Give away information, not implementation 10. Make sure your thumbnails and titles are nailed down

MrBeast’s New YouTube Tool: Gamechanger or Nah?
Ever wonder what separates viral videos from flops? MrBeast just launched ViewStats.com, his own tool to help YouTubers grow smarter and faster through being able to get access to analytics of any YouTube channel. Here’s a few key features: 1. Spy on Any Channel: See how channels grow, including number of views from long vs. short videos. 2. Track Which Videos and Thumbnails Perform Best: Check which thumbnails, videos, and ideas are crushing it - similar to 1of10. 3. Find Similar Creators: Discover others in your niche for collabs or inspo. 4. Chrome Extension: Get these insights while you watch YouTube - no need to go to another app. 💬 Question: Will you be checking this out or nah? Does this stand out compared to other tools?

Community Rules: Integrity Dilemma
I'm developing the rules for my community and feeling stuck on how to create rules around promotion and selling (both in the main chat and the dms). The common recommendation is something like this: "1) No Self Promotion 2) No Selling in the DM's 3) No Spamming the Community Feed" But I also intend to invite people to upgrade to my paid group and to sell people to my group and courses in the DM's. Obvs there's some social grace here because its my own platform, but it feels super hypocritical... Tell others they cant self promote and sell in dms but do it myself??? ick. It would at least be honest to say: "1) No Self Promotion (Unless You Own This Group) 2) No Selling in the DM's (Unless it's for our Inner Circle) 3) No Spamming the Community Feed" 😅 Feels kinda weird either way 😋 Just me?... Any ethical resolution to be found here that would still be effective rule setting for a community?

Winning is Finding Cool Friends at Skool! Who Have You Found?
Winning on your own is cool. Winning with others that just "get" you is even better! I've moved to Skool from "lesser" platforms that shall not be named, but we all know what they are lol. Communities are awesome, but it's the people you meet in the communities that truly make them worthwhile. Connection -> Conversation -> Congruent Values & Intentions & Fun = Aligned Friends! What has been your experience connecting with new friends on Skool? And who have you found that you are super grateful to be connected with?

Awesome post! I feel skool''s main thing is to give access to people to connect which for me is one of the most important things
