Podcasting.. who’s got one?

My partner David and I just launched our podcast for our business, “Self Coaching Project”! This is a BIG “win” for us. There was A LOT of internal resistance (mostly fear related) to getting to this point, but we finally did it!

For those who have been feeling a draw or call to launch your own podcast but fear and anxiety has been in control, take this as a sign to take the plunge! ;). Seriously, go for it.
