Marketing coaches, am I right?
I used to be one of them.
On the outside showing my wealth, but on the inside slightly dying.
I threw myself into my business, not truly knowing myself.
Having a vision for my business, but not myself.
Having values for my business, but not myself.
Having a plan for my business, but not for my life.
Don't be fooled by the numbers that coaches throw up there and tell you they're happy.
Some are, but many just have surface level relationships that only talk about business and aren't really connected to their own vision, values, purpose, etc.
Can you blame them / me back in the day?
This is what we're taught in the coaching industry.
Learn from a coach. Take their strategies and tactics. Sell them as your own. Make money. Show money off on social media. Profit off someone else's work.
But I have a few quick questions for you...
What is the vision for your own life?
What are your own lifestyle, character, and operational values?
What are your own internal, external, and life beliefs? What are the skill sets that you're intentionally developing to achieve your vision?
What communities are you involved in that support you in all areas of life, not just business?
Money is great and provides a lot of freedom and safety...
But what I've learned over the past year is that money doesn't mean anything, if you don't know yourself and you don't have people around you that truly love and support you.
Just my two cents today
