Sometimes when we can't tune in, our body talks
Over the years I have recognised that when I have not been in tune with my inner needs, watching my feelings, emotions and looking after my core needs, my body spoke to me. Our body's can speak to us by the illnesses, symptoms or ailments that we have. Louise Hay was an amazing pioneer in outlining the ailment with the emotional state caused by our thoughts and so I have outlined below the symptom list that you can use as a reference point for any ailments that you are dealing with. In her book: You can heal your life If we can look within, meditate and take the time to reflect. We can often find the pain that is behind the illness. With love Helene Louise Hay's Symptoms list: A o Abdominal Cramps: Fear. Stopping the process. o Abscess: Fermenting thoughts over hurts, slights and revenge. o Accidents: Inability to speak up for the self. Rebellion against authority. Belief in violence. o Aches: Longing for love. Longing to be held. o Acne: Not accepting the self. Dislike of the self. o Addictions: Running from the self. Fear. Not knowing how to love self. o Adrenal Problems: Defeatism. No longer caring for the self. Anxiety. o Alcoholism: Feeling of futility, guilt, inadequacy.
