A great question came up yesterday around the difference between a gratitude practice of journalling and consciously giving thanks for all the things in our life that make us feel good, that we appreciate and that uplift us. And the conscious gratitude of things we are choosing to create. 🤍
Practicing gratitude in itself is a wonderful catch all of all the good that we love and appreciate. It cultivates more things to feel grateful for and is often helpful as a foundation for our divine mindset. It's also a great 'go to' approach if you don't know yet what you want to create and I personally would choose gratitude practice as a constant part of my life for it has a wonderful uplifting and general abundance energy that works so well.
Where consciously creating with gratitude comes in for the things we are choosing to create, is a method for experiencing, expecting and feeling what you want to create as if it's already here. So this is a great method when you have defined and chosen what you want to create and you attract it to yourself by experiencing the feeling of already having it. A great way of doing that is to feel that you already have it and give thanks for it i.e. " I am so happy and grateful now that I have ..."
Both are wonderful methods and ideally I would use both as often as possible to keep my mind focused on the positive, divine and abundance mindset 👑
