I’ve recently switched my client support group from Facebook to Skool because it’s way better in a heap of ways (both for me and my clients).
For me:
• I can dip in twice a day to serve my clients without getting dragged down wormholes of cat videos or other things which waste my time
• I can email them all to notify them of new additions to the classroom
• Hosting additional support and training videos in the classroom is great and means I don’t have to pay for click funnels or teachable etc.
• Group engagement is significantly higher
• It doesn’t blend work with pleasure so I can do what I need and get out
• No trolls
For my clients:
• They can learn and make friends in the same place
• It’s easier to access live events as they’re all in the same place whereas on Facebook people could never find me when I was going live
• They don’t get trolled
• No adverts
• No distractions
In general I stopped going on Facebook and Instagram because it became so overwhelming with different groups, places to message, pages etc it was a full time job to manage. I also knew it was distracting me so I had deleted the apps, got my VA to post a few times per week, and ignored mostly my followers except for a few Facebook lives per week.
Here I can engage and keep up to date easily with no overwhelm, no distractions and no trolls. It’s a win for me!
