My four rules - which we actually use in 3 very active FREE groups, are this -
COMMUNITY GUIDELINES:
- Be Respectful: Treat others kindly, no profanities, and offer constructive criticism.
- No Asking for Money: This isn't a place to ask for donations or sell things.
- Stay on Topic: Talk about things that relate to men's style.
- Help Each Other Grow: Share tips, support each other, engage and be active.
Could we simplify this? Do your groups use more/ultra specific rules? My thoughts are keep it simple so people don't have to think (we repeat the rles in 4 places!) and be clear so no one can complain they didn't see them when we kick them out :)
Right now I am kicking people out for spam, sales, & being inactive :)
What are your rules? Can you do better with less or more? Why do you throw people out?
