Why churn is BIGGEST enemy to your Skool?
I've studied the top 100 Skool communities and here's what I've found.
The biggest enemy common to all communities is churn.
Take a look at screenshots below: if we start with a community with 100 members and
apply churn of 5, 10 and 20%.
At 12 month mark we get three numbers representing our members:
54, 28 and 6.
If we look at mirror picture of these numbers it means that just to keep our group members at level we have to find and sell 5, 10 and 20% of our initial number (5, 10 and 20 members).
Actionable insight:
1.) Take more time to figure out what stops people from staying longer (it's usually doing less rather than more).
2.) Community needs your presence in order to trust you. Be there daily.
3.) Make onboarding super clear.
4*.) Bonus point: Do the exit interviews. It's the a great way to find out what are repeating problems within the community.
