This is what you are losing every day 📉

I shared this in my Skool group yesterday and thought you lovelies might find it helpful too!

** For context they are all coaches/course creators/service providers who want to start a Skool group to serve as a community for their ideal clients, but a number of them have been holding back due to perfectionism/fear etc.

Going by the amount of requests I was getting for this group without promoting it anywhere (sometimes around 10 a day), I think once we are all promoting our groups that 5+ a day requests is pretty realistic (some via Skool, some from your funnels).

(Bear in mind these request came when it clearly said PAID so I am sure free groups get more requests)

That means every day your group is not open you have lost 5 leads (aka ideal clients)
That would mean after 1 month of not being opening you have lost 150 leads (aka ideal clients)
Let's be realistic and say you do a great job in your group and people talk and invite people (it is free so low friction here) so that 150 turns into 250.
Let's say you watch the trainings coming in here, come to calls and start to improve your messaging and funnels so get 5 a day from that, plus 5 a day from Skool, PLUS a few a day from word of mouth...

That's about 360 leads (aka ideal clients) who are not just reading your weekly email, but seeing you everyday and getting to know, like and trust you. AND more importantly...

See you as the authority figure.

Now... going by the industry average of 1% conversion in a funnel and making that a very conservative 3% considering they are in your group and getting all the love from you.

360 people @ 3% conversion = 10 Sales.

Now that's just for one month.

2 months = 20 sales lost

3 months = 30 sales lost

...and I am being VERY conservative with these numbers

You have access to my messaging, sales and launch strategies in here. Historically my clients achieve 5-15% when they launch (from smaller launches to $250k launches) and we are only saying 3%.

For example I had a 11% conversion in here from sales I made from you guys in month 2 of us being here (and I hardly pushed the selling, or did any sales calls, I just did a post or two in here).

So let's assume I am very experienced and skilled at all this stuff (which of course I am after so many years) and say you only did half of that.

Let's say even less at just 5%.

360 people @ 5% conversion = 18 Sales after 1 month

2 months = 36 sales

3 months = 54 sales

Do you get where I am heading with this??

Every DAY your shop (aka your Skool group) is closed, you are literally losing sales.

The numbers don't lie.

PLUS - Every day you are closed that is 5+ people who need your help who you are not helping.

Hundreds of lives not impacted as you are letting fear or perfectionism get in the way of you changing peoples businesses, relationships, health and more.

Thing about that for a moment.
