🤔 THINKING: Is my niche TOO specific?
Hey y’all! I’ve been reflecting a lot lately about my niche and the direction I’m taking with my community. My current path is very specific—it’s for MDs, NPs, PAs, and RNs. I haven’t launched my online community just yet, so it’s early enough in the game that I could still pivot if needed.
While I love serving this niche in my real life brick and mortar business sometimes I wonder if I’ve made things too specialized for my new journey into the online community. Am I limiting myself from connecting with others who could benefit from what I offer? Is my audience and perfect avatar too specialized?
Has anyone else faced this kind of decision? Did you decide to broaden your focus, or did you stick with your specific niche? Would love to hear your thoughts!
