Survey the Community...

Greetings and salutations fellow Skoolers!

I'm fairly new here, and trying to take in as much learning as possible. My question is..."What, if any, are the best ways/best practices to poll or survey your community to find out what content or products they would like to see? Any suggestions are welcome....
