Skool is NOT social media
For those who don’t know, I run This World is a Simulation with , and I wanted to share something that helped us reduce churn by 10%, and makes us $55,000 in MRR:
👉Understanding that Skool is not social media 👈
The solution to churn is obvious: Make the product better.
Why? Because in theory, a good product = people stay and continue to pay (rhyming fully intended)
But what makes a good product?
A lot of people think a "good product" just means having great courses and calls.
While that’s true, most people overlook the community.
We learned this the hard way.
We redesigned our classroom, improved live calls and started adding useless bonuses.
But nothing worked until we gave the community some attention.
Our community was full of random general conversations that weren’t focused or valuable.
This made it harder for people to find real value, which made the product feel useless.
And when people don’t see value? They don’t get results.
If they don’t get results. They leave.
If you run a community that teaches something, your #1 goal is to help people get results.
So, we shifted our focus to do just that.
We turned the community into a place of learning, A place where people can learn about manifestation and start seeing real results.
We added clear guidelines, rules, and systems to make the community more focused on helping members learn and apply the teachings.
The results?
  • Churn went way down. (10% reduction in a week)
  • People started seeing results faster. (The most important thing)
  • The community became way more valuable.
If you’re struggling with churn, remember: Skool is not social media.
I’d love to hear your thoughts—what changes have you made that helped reduce churn or improve your community?
