Here is a quick hack I have been using with my clients that has increased their success rate massively acrross the board. You probably already know about it but here is a little exercise to jog your memory and hopefully help you out on your success journey.
Have you ever noticed how some memories feel huge and vibrant while others seem tiny and distant? That is not random - it is your brain's filing system at work, and you can hack it.
Here is your daily mind-play exercise (it takes 60 seconds, but can change your whole day, and I do this every single day. It gets more and more powerful each time you do it. The more you practice the better it gets):
Close your eyes and think of a time you felt absolutely unstoppable at work. Now, make that memory BIGGER. I mean IMAX-sized bigger. Crank up the brightness like you're adjusting a TV. Make the colours pop!
Feel that confidence growing? That is submodalities in action!
I use this with CEOs before big presentations, sales professionals, before crucial calls, and leaders who need instant confidence. It's like having a "success switch" in your brain.
Here is a quick exercise.
Try this: Right before your next meeting, super-size a memory of when you crushed it. Watch how differently people respond to your energy.
🔥 TIP: The bigger and brighter you make those power memories, the stronger the confidence hit. Hello dopamine.
Have you used this technique before?
