QUESTION: Founding members and expired credit cards
Hi friends!
I’ve had a few instances where founding members have lost their special pricing, either because they’ve changed their minds or due to expired cards.
Naturally, they want to rejoin at the original price of $9.
I’d love to hear your thoughts on this. The workaround to reinstate feels clunky and borderline unfair to those paying the full price.
