Proactively Reaching Out To Inactive Members
For most online programs where there is not a live mentor/coach/instructor, it's easy to lose members who get caught up with life. In the blink of an eye, a month can come and go, and the member loses interest in finishing the program and leaves the community.
Are there plans for Skool to track the amount of inactivity time to send an automatic message?
For example, "Hi Jeffrey, it's been seven days since you were last in the community. Is everything OK?"
A simple automated outreach can do wonders for member retention.
