Community Managers
Hi everyone. Do you have a "rock star" community manager who ensures members are active, proactively reaches out to members who aren't active, and helps create a thriving community? I'm wondering where you found your community manager and any suggestions you can share.

Universal Link For Skool App
Has anyone created a universal link that takes iOS users to the Apple Store and Android users to the Google Play store to download the Skool App? If you have, can you share this link?

@Sid Sahasrabuddhe Sid is there ONE link that sends an iOS device goes to the Apple Store and an Android device goes to Google Play?

@Sid Sahasrabuddhe Having a Universal/Deep Link would also be helpful. Something to consider?
Proactively Reaching Out To Inactive Members
@Sam Ovens @Sid Sahasrabuddhe For most online programs where there is not a live mentor/coach/instructor, it's easy to lose members who get caught up with life. In the blink of an eye, a month can come and go, and the member loses interest in finishing the program and leaves the community. Are there plans for Skool to track the amount of inactivity time to send an automatic message? For example, "Hi Jeffrey, it's been seven days since you were last in the community. Is everything OK?" A simple automated outreach can do wonders for member retention. Thoughts?

@Sid Sahasrabuddhe Sid thanks for the comments. I agree with everything you've said. What would save a tremendous amount of time and effort is the ability to: 1. Set a trigger for the amount of inactivity such as logging in, creating messages, completing lessons, etc 2. Create a message that includes the member's name that the admin can customize
Enhanced Calendar Settongs
The new features for the calendar are absolutely fantastic . I'm wondering if any consideration has been given to being able to choose specific member names for an event that's going on the calendar for a private event. In our community we have different paid subgroups that are part of the general community but have separate meetings. At the moment it's not possible to distinguish these members with the existing calendar options. All that said, please keep up the great work.

@Sam Ovens Congratulations to you and the team. Love the one click and simplicity. I know it's early days. I would like to have Skool as my ONLY payment source. I'm wondering what the time lines are to offer additional features such as : - A one-time payment for a course - Different monthly payment amounts for different courses Keep up the great work!
