Oversaturated niche
Hey everyone! What is your opinion on oversaturated niches? Is it more important to stand out by being the best in your niche or try to put your own "special" twist to it or do both ? Say there is so many bottled water brands, essentially it's all same water more or less, then it's the matter of promoting it the best , but with communities...how is that different? Considering you want yours to be the best...or is the right mindset is just to do "your" thing and don't matter what others do? 🤔
