Monetizing question

I'm starting with a free community where I'll offer some valuable, accessible courses to begin with. These will provide meaningful insights without requiring the same level of time and resources as the paid ones. Later, I’m considering adding paid courses within the free community. After that, I plan to create a premium paid community that includes all the paid courses and additional exclusive benefits.

Does this sound like a good strategy, or are there more effective approaches I should consider?
