I will just stick to becoming world-class at lead generation at SCALE on only 2 channels:
Google ads
Facebook / Instgram Ads
(And it seems that I have cracked the code lately on LinkedIn ads as well)

Step 0 - Your method of booking the call (this can be everything from outreach, networking, inboud, paid ads, etc(
Obviously, my system starts when a call is booked.
*** Step 1 A: If I book them manually, I sent them a SMS.
Yes, this is NOT fancy pancy automation.
It's manually (I might create a future post explaining why I did it that way, and why it works so well).
SMS goes like this.
"Hi FIRST NAME, thanks for a great chat. Looking forward to our video meeting at DAY and TIME :) Tor".
It would look like this.
"Hi Peter, thanks for a great chat. Looking forward to our video meeting at Friday 2 pm :) Tor"
*** Step 1 B: If I book them through my paid ads funnel, and they book through calendly, I send this SMS (24 hours before our call).
"Hi FIRST NAME, looking forward to our video meeting at DAY and TIME :) Tor".
It would look like this.
"Hi Peter, looking forward to our video meeting at Friday 2 pm :) Tor"
**** Step 2 - this SMS is sent the same day. So it's all about having insane hyper optimized daily routines.
I do all my sales calls from 1 pm to 5 pm, (1, 2, 3, 4).
And 9 am, I always send this SMS...
...to all the sales calls for that specific day.
"Hi FIRST NAME, looking forward to our video meeting today TIME :) Tor".
It would look like this.
"Hi Peter, looking forward to our video meeting today at 2 pm :) Tor"
**** Step 3 - if it has gone 1 minute past the video meeting time, I send them this SMS
"I'm waiting on Google Hangout".
"I sent you the link on email" (I obviously also send them the link on email manually)
If they have not show up on the call within 2 more minutes.
I call them.
When they answer.
I say, "Hi Peter, I'm waiting on the video meeting".
And, then they say they are a few minutes late.

Why does this work?
3 main reasons.
Noone else is doing it
2. The potential client KNOW that this sh*t is NOT automated
3. It feels sincere and authentic (because I actually write the SMS myself)
4. They get reminders (people forget)
5. They get the reminders on SMS (who doesn't read their SMS)
6. The message is short, professional and laid-back
7. My positioning when I'm doing this is - I 100% EXPECT them do show-up. I don't tell them.
However, I do 100% believe that anyone who is not willing to show-up on call with me, that they have already said yes to...
...do not want to grow their business
...and is a total idiot.
