I went from 34 members a month ago to 114, What changed?
Clarity:
Clarity in your niche -> Clarity your offer -> Means you work harder -> Market harder -> And talk about it more
Why Clarity?
Lack of Clarity in your niche -> Leads to lack to lack of clarity in your offer -> which means you have less confident and work less -> and talk less
Or you talk the same and you confuse people
So how did I gain clarity:
  • Figure out something your good at are the best at in the niche you are already marketing in
  • Go to the discover page what community can you build in that niche that you can be number one in. got Skool Master Class, High Ticket Sales, Entrepreneurship don't go in these markets gomore niche your goal is to be number one in that niche.
  • Create a community that can serve two people. Someone on skool to grow there skool or someone on skool already would like, and one other person, You want people already on the platform to join right. This is how you grow organically.
  • Find one source to get your leads and master it. Mine was Linkedin DMs, and Linkedin Content.
  • The other source is Skool -> Write one post a day one in the morning as a documentation post, and one as an idea/ feeling post/ poll or a video. Mix up your content.
  • Post these post in any community related to what your talking about but iterate what are people talking about what stands out in the comments. What questions do people ask include that in your next iteration of that piece of content.
  • Use the membership questions as a way to figure out main struggles in the beginning this is what you will talk about on there onboarding calls as well as what you will use to make the courses
