How To Make $4,886/mo On SKOOL Without A COMMUNITY 🤑
Posting daily on Skool isn’t the hard part.
But coming up with 7 fresh ideas every week? That’s where most people hit a wall.
You could write about:
The 'relaxing' lads holiday you just had…
How you’re surviving on 3 cups of coffee a day…
What you got up to over the weekend…
Or your latest dog walk…
But here’s the problem: none of that is going to help you attract clients or grow your business. 🤷‍♂️
Instead, I’ve developed a system that lets me churn out valuable, engaging content for my ideal client profile (ICP) 7x a week without ever running out of ideas.
Here’s how you can do it too.
1. TOF (Top of Funnel) Content
Goal: Make your audience aware they have a problem, or educate them about something they don’t know yet.
To get started, take these action steps:
  • Make a list of common misconceptions people have about your service or industry.
Example: "People think posting daily on Skool will automatically grow your community, but it’s not true without the right strategy."
Example: "You don’t need hundreds of group members to get meaningful engagement on Skool."
Action: Write a post debunking one of these myths and explaining the reality.
  • Make a list of successful figures in your industry and connect their stories to what you do.
Action: Use a success story to inspire your audience and show them what’s possible.
  • Brainstorm a few lighthearted jokes about your industry to keep things relatable.
Example: "Skool is like a never-ending mastermind, minus the free snacks. 😂"
Action: Write a post mixing humor and value, making your audience feel seen while subtly educating them.
  • Map out your own business journey and share the milestones or mistakes along the way.
Example: "When I started on Skool, I wasted 6 months posting random content that didn’t convert. Here’s what I learned about building a strong community."
Action: Share a personal story that ties into a lesson your audience can apply to their own situation.
2. MOF (Middle of Funnel) Content
Goal: Speak directly to your audience’s pains, fears, and desires—then offer a solution.
Here’s how to do it:
  • Write a list of your audience’s top 5-10 pains, fears, or desires.
Example: "My audience fears putting time into Skool and not getting any engagement."
Example: "Their desire is to build a thriving, active community on Skool."
Action: Pick one pain or desire, and craft a post showing how you solve that problem.
  • Next to each pain/desire, list the specific solution your service offers.
Example: Pain: "Low engagement in their Skool group." Solution: "I help you create content that sparks discussion and builds connection."
Action: Create a value post showing exactly how your solution works in action.
  • Address the "what’s in it for me?" question by showing real outcomes.
Example: "Want to boost engagement in your Skool community? Here’s the exact strategy I use with my clients to create meaningful conversations."
Action: Write a post outlining the steps people need to take to reach their goals, using your solution as the bridge.
  • Focus on their future desires and paint a picture of what success looks like.
Example: "Imagine a thriving Skool community where members interact daily, ask questions, and share insights. That’s what this method does for my clients."
Action: Write a post that paints a vivid picture of the transformation you help them achieve.
3. BOF (Bottom of Funnel) Content
Goal: Provide proof that your service works. Show, don’t tell.
This is the simplest, but arguably the most powerful.
Share client results or case studies.
Example: "John went from 0 to 5 active members in discussions every week in just 30 days using my Skool content strategy."
Example: "My client grew their Skool group by 50% and got 10 new clients after implementing just one tweak."
Action: Write a post showcasing a before-and-after scenario that proves your service’s value.
Use testimonials or screenshots of feedback from your clients.
Example: Screenshot of a client message saying, “I got way more engagement after applying your Skool content tips!”
Action: Share a screenshot and tie it to the specific steps you guided them through.
  • Share your own personal wins using the same strategies you teach.
Example: "I added 20 members to my Skool group in a week just by refining my welcome post. Here’s why it worked."
Action: Write a post that not only shows your success but gives a small actionable tip that your audience can try immediately.
Here’s a content breakdown for you
1x BOF (Proof)
2x TOF (Awareness + Education)
4x MOF (Solution-focused value)
By following this formula, you’ll be able to consistently post high-value content that attracts ideal clients on Skool.
Most people overcomplicate their content strategy, but if you break it down into TOF, MOF, and BOF like this, it becomes super simple.
Try it out for yourself and let me know how it goes!
