Google Ads question

Thank you Sam, I followed all your steps and have my google tag setup. The only thing I wanted to know from anyone that knows please is if the conversion label should have the status of being "inactive"? I do not know if this is because currently there has not been a conversion event as I set it up or if i need to troubleshoot it?

Any advice will be greatly appreciate my friends :)
