Gmail trash (not just spam) -- Skool emails can end up there (tell your clients)
I just had a session with a client and we couldn't figure out why she wasn't getting the Skool invitation (or any other skool) emails.
She said she checked Promotions and Spam, and neither had the emails.
Finally it turns out it was in gmail's TRASH...which is not part of the search results! Gmail automatically puts some possibly-unwanted emails there. Especially if someone has tons of emails sitting in their inbox, I think gmail tries to "help" by trashing some of them :(
I'm posting this in the "Strategy" category because the others don't fit... and you can't grow your skool if your people aren't getting your emails πŸ˜†
