Developing Shy Members
What do you do to develop shy members? The ones who join your community, but it feels they never engage or put themselves out there.
For many people, joining this platform is intimidating.
I'm naturally extroverted and bold, so putting myself out there isn't hard.
Are there other ways we can help people get out of their shells in our communities?
We can:
DM them
Tag them
Ask them specific questions
Create daily/weekly/monthly tasks and/or challenges
Always looking for new ideas to help our more introverted community members!
