Community Building in larger Skool communities?

I listened to the Skool Mastermind and immediately joined

's free community (thank you, German parents). What I found rather interesting is the systems and rigour put in place in 'smaller' communities to foster the desired community culture.

Now I am curious - do we have people here that run Skool communities in the thousands that be willing to share their experience and best practice?

Do you believe a community model is possible? Or are larger communities that do have courses/programs attached (or to be fair, its courses with community attached) just simply more suitable for the guru model? What are your top Skool feature tips to make it manageable? I noted posting at level 2, structuring of bonus unlocks, utilising Skool calendar for more than events.
