Changing URL for the second time

When you are starting your own community for some reason random (or not) digits are attached to your URL, right at the start I removed those and used my "Change URL only once"

After a few months, I feel like I want to change the name, I feel like my current name drives the right people away and brings the wrong people in because the content inside is different now.

Has someone else experienced the same issue? What have you done to overcome it?
