Can the timestamps also be clickable in the transcript?

Currently, our modules are quite lengthy, with detailed explanations and extensive resources. Adding timestamps within the main content makes it look overly cluttered. Can we instead add the timestamps in the transcript section and make them clickable, similar to how they function in video descriptions?
