I wanna speak to the people!

Problem: I have more than 500 members who bought our online program when we offered lifetime access, and now we no longer do. And these inactive people are bringing down our ranking in the Discovery Communities section. Solutions: 1. We could create a separate community and put inactive people there. 2. Send emails or call people to get them back to the community so they can engage again. Is there any feature coming out that might help us to fix this? Any other solutions that you might propose?

When someone churns from our paid skool, there should be an event in Zapier for " Member Churns" so that we can create an automation that takes them out of the Paid member email list. Any idea is that is coming out soon?
