Hey y’all! Just listened to

’s “The Game,” podcast episode #734 and it really got me thinking about the “maker vs. manager” concept in our world. I would say my week is spent 80% maker days and 20% manager days. As someone who’s getting my feet wet in the online space, but with experience in brick-and-mortar, the struggle between creative focus (“maker”) and operational tasks (“manager”) is real—especially with my husband as the CEO. Balancing these two roles is crucial, and I’ve learned a lot about how to navigate this through both successes and tough lessons.
