Ability to Pin DM's?📍📌🤌

I have noticed running a group with 300+ members my DM inbox is a clusterf***. I think it would be amazing to have a feature where I could pin dms of people I am currently trying to work with or have frequent communication with.

I see good use of this inside my iPhone where I'm able to pin people at the top. This way if I'm working on getting people from my free to paid i can easily go in and see my warm leads if i have the ability to pin them.
