Watching the new 1-days and just watched Sam and Hormozi explain how to do a second tier in one group.

Instead of doing the annual as the monthly with a discount you can set it higher… this works for lower ticket groups…

$50 a month for low tier, and then set annual to $1500 for the annual unlocks in the classroom which can be higher tiered content, access to special calls on the calendar etc etc.

This works better obviously when you are doing calls to get them in, or in onboarding calls after they join you can go over what the annual payment gets them access to.

Damn. If you are in skool games and not watching the replays of the 1-days, wtf, you are shooting yourself in the foot.

If you aren’t in skool games, get 3 peeps in your group so you can, cause the gold mines over there are worth so much more than your community cost a month.
