I’m about 4 months into Skool and I just collected $22,000 in August!
I took an alternative route that is working for me, and I hope it works for you as well!
My initial approach has been a membership/high ticket hybrid model.
So the first half of my business is the membership. This includes marketing courses, the community, weekly group calls, and monthly guest speakers.
This accounts for $11,300 of my August revenue.
The second half is my high ticket 1 on 1 coaching. With this I offer 3 months of 1 on 1 coaching with me to help get everything implemented. Clients HAVE TO be a member to have the opportunity to work with me 1 on 1.
This accounted for $10,800 of my August revenue.
So here is how my flow works:
- All marketing pushes to the membership.
- Members start working through the modules and have the group for support.
- I upsell each month with a limited amount of spots to create Scarcity.
In September, I’ll do it all over again.🏆
And the best part?
I can do this all working part time because half my revenue is recurring rather than producing sales calls and more coaching calls.
